Your role
Critically analyze the claim file & the received demand package to identify any pendency
Communicate with 3rd parties to negotiate the settlement amount
Liaison with internal Claims partners to further investigate the claim file
Answer incoming telephone calls from third parties in relation to the demands sent by them
Process reverse subrogation payments
Ensure that assigned targets in accordance with SLA metrics are met
Ensure that the quality of transactions is in compliance with pre-defined parameters laid down by SLA metrics
Provide relevant process reports on a timely basis
Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules & company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
B.com/ BBA/BA/ BSC (Any Non–Tech Graduate)
Freshers are eligible
Preferred Qualifications
Able to demonstrate empathy while improving chance to create rapport with the customer.
Has previous experience in meeting/driving Net Promote Score performance/expectations, preferably in a customer service business
Voice Customer Service experience
Good knowledge of using Excel, MS Access Database
Proficient in the English language- both written and oral
The insurance client experience will be an added advantage
