Your role

In this role, you will:

• Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine receiving
• Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
• File, photocopy, and answer phones
• Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
• Work under close supervision following established procedures

About you

Job Expectations:

• The candidate must be open to working in night shift beginning 6:30 pm to 3:30 pm, 7:30 pm to 4:30 am, and 8:30 pm to 5:30 am
• The candidate must possess basic knowledge of Finance & Accounting
