The Recruitment Process

The selection process includes

  • Aptitude tests
  • 2 tech interviews
  • HR interview.

The aptitude test was on hackerrank. It had 20 MCQs based on cs concepts (database:btree, os, HTML form one que), basic math (no of solutions for p^2 = n+q^2 ), etc and 2 coding questions.

One of our three Corporate Responsibility pillars is Corporate Citizenship which includes philanthropy, employee engagement and a commitment to driving social change.

Veritas offers a Dollar-for-dollar program to all employees globally. Through this program, Veritas makes a dollar-for-dollar match of all employee donations to non-profit organizations meeting Veritas’ general requirements for charitable donations. Veritas matches up to $3,000 per employee and $5,000 per VP and above per calendar year.

Along with the Dollar-for-dollar program, employees are invited to take advantage of the Dollars-for-Doers initiative through which Veritas will make a $15 donation for every hour of volunteer service that an employee contributes, beginning with a minimum time commitment of one hour and up to $3,000 per employee and $5,000 per VP and above per calendar year.

Our GIVE (Giving at Veritas Empowered) employee resource group fosters Veritas' corporate citizen culture. GIVE teams develop relationships with communities where Veritas operates, and raise awareness among Veritas employees for causes that are important to employees and local communities.
