Your role

As part of the role your responsibilities include:

• To provide efficient and quality F&B service through standard adherence and effective execution that enhances guest satisfaction within the framework of the F&B brand standards and corporate guidelines.
• Manage relationships with guests, encourage repeat clientele by focusing on the quality of food and services offered, coming up with promotional events, and effective resolution of issues raised.

About you

To apply for this role you need to have the following eligibility criteria:

Technical Knowledge Essential

• Knowledge about Food and Beverage, including cuisines, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and their service
• Rules of Service sequence and etiquette 

Skills Essential 

• F&B Service Skills
• Mise en place
• Professional guest interaction
• Efficient, anticipatory, and unobtrusive service skills
• Eye for detail in laying covers, layout, etc
• Multiskilling
• Unquestionable Integrity

Education and Training Essential

• Minimum 12th Std Pass with a Certificate course in Hospitality or Services or
• Diploma / Graduate from any field, or 3. Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management Institute (desirable)

Communication Essential

• Good command of spoken English.
• Precise and clear speech - Phonetics, diction, and pronunciation
• Active listener
• Knowledge of a local or foreign language (desirable)
• Correct articulation, pronunciation, and grammar
