Your role

As a part of this role:

  • An Event Coordinator provides client services by assisting users with their video enabled as well as Zoom events and ensures that the experience is smooth right from scheduling to the completion of events.
  • The team operates out of multiple locations across US and Hyderabad, India.
  • Each of the team members works together to exceed customers’ expectations by providing timely and high-quality solutions for all requests/projects.

The Event Enablement Team is part of the Office Experience group which consists of event coordinators and schedulers.

Your responsibilities

  • Scheduling, managing, and approving video-enabled event requests on a timely basis
  • Scheduling, managing, and hosting large-scale Zoom events 
  • Act as an advisor to customers by taking a holistic approach to the overall event scheduling and coordination process
  • Providing consultative support and subject matter expertise to event requestors throughout the request and scheduling process
  • Offering hotline phone, email, and instant message scheduling-related support
  • Communicating over email and verbal means with all levels of Deloitte professionals, external vendors, and clients
  • Working closely with offices to ensure the best possible outcome for all stakeholders
  • Fostering relationships with customers to ensure effective collaboration, communication, and delivery of event requirements
  • Gathering feedback and providing innovative insights
  • Escalating urgent situations appropriately to team leads
  • Performing other tasks and special projects as required/assigned by team leads
  • You must be eager to work on any shift, 24/5
