Your role

Key Requirements:

• Make regular service-oriented calls to qualified individuals.
• File and maintain client documents.
• Prospecting and contacting qualified individuals, understanding their financial needs, gauging their level of investment interest, scheduling appointments or sending marketing material.
• Manage clients and provide timely responses to their questions and requests.
• Comply with Company policies, procedures and compliance rules and regulations.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the Regional Investment Manager and the Head of Sales.
• To be aware of different types of investment products.
• Gather, organize and prepare marketing material and manage periodic mailings.
• Process investment mandates – speak to investors to gather personal, and financial information and prepare all necessary investment documents.
• Obtaining all mandatory documents from customers.
• Responding to customer queries and grievances and providing timely information and redressal
