Your role

Key Responsibilities:

• Working around the principles of target setting for FMO/Brand/Contest and sharing it with the team in time.
• Executing the Perfect Store program- Target setting, Store performance check, Follow up with the team with regular updates on performance. Prepare the perfect store upload formats.
• End to End execution of wholesale PEP program- Cross-check the targets, outlet performance, outlet enrolments, outlet redemption, and DB claims to pertain to PEP(coordinate with finance team).
• Brand QPDS budget allocation working and sharing the same with the team in time.
• Evaluating/calculating/cross check the final spending for all the activities of the month. FMO/Quaker QPDS Salty claims. Post confirmation on spends, collaborate with the BU team to take IO and share with the unit finance team to clear all claims in time.
• Managing and executing assets- All assets like racks, hangers and other POSM are to be planned, allocated and execute in the market. Coordinating with the BU team on asset movements and collaborating with the supply chain team and CFA team to unload and bill the same ahead with proper approvals.
• End-to-end vendor management- In case of market activations align and close on the best market rates for the articles decided. To onboard the vendor in PI, raise purchase orders with proper approvals, ensure the delivery from the vendor on time, follow up on bill submissions from the vendor in time and follow up on vendor payments to be cleared in time. Need to collaborate with IBM and the finance team for a smooth closure.
• Building up the competition rate and pricing tracker for the unit every quarter. Need to do market work to collect accurate data from the marketplace.
• Daily follow-up with the team on regular business agendas (Premium, NPD and focus brands).
• Sharing trackers with the unit team on key agendas on time.
