Your role

As part of your role,

Responsibilities:

• MIS / Reports for clients
• Technical Support Calls
• Technical Support Email
• Troubleshooting customer technical issues and problems
• Remote installations
• Level 1 & 2 Support
• Provide Investigation, diagnosis, resolution and ticket analysis
• Maintain overall ownership of user’s issues & services ensuring that they receive
• Resolution within a reasonable timeframe
• Training
• Any other assignment was given by your supervisor from time to time
