Your role

  • To develop an Annual Learning Plan and budget and execute the same.
  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs with an emphasis on optimal usage of the company’s digital tools. 
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs periodically. 
  • Facilitate /Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training, e-learning courses)

About you

To apply for this position you must have,

Skills and Qualification:

  • Preferred experience in the L&D team preferably Oil and Gas based or EPC / Construction based industry.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Qualification:

  • Two-year full-time Post Graduation in Business administration in HR and Graduation is preferred to be in Engineering or Psychology or a related field

Experience:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Learning & Development.
