Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to work on Rear Seat Serienbetreuung for Various carlines at Mercedes Benz Car Group.
• Will be working towards achieving Technical Feasibility, packaging of Seats in the Vehicle Environment, Manufacturing Feasibility for Seat Components, and Testing and Homologation requirements.
• Responsible to work on product changes and their implementation for seat components
• To be able to work on Global working/communication models
• Establish good connections with Suppliers, MB Plants, and Quality/Logistics/MP teams.
• Command on solid and surfacing using UGNX software
• Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Assist team leader to achieve company goals/objectives.

About you

Qualifications –

• Engineering degree in Mechanical or equivalent

Required Skill Set:

• Good Command of NX – Solid Modelling, Surfacing, and Drafting
• Good Knowledge of seating system Design – Foams, Plastics, sheet Metals, etc.
• Know-How of Seat Components packaging and investigations
• Good communication skills and supplier negotiations/steering skills.
• Well-versed with PowerPoint presentations.
