Your role

IIT Gandhinagar Mathematics department is looking for Ph.D. students to join their research teams.

You will join the team as an Institute Postdoctoral Fellow. and work on a project involving - "Total positivity, matrix
analysis, and spectral graph theory".

Salary & benefits

About you

To apply for this position, you must:

• Have a PhD degree in a relevant subject, such as total positivity, matrix analysis, and spectral graph theory.
• Have a strong background in matrix theory and graph theory.
• Candidates who have submitted their thesis in the mentioned fields are equally eligible.
• Apart from research, the applicant will be expected to contribute to other academic activities of the Institute including teaching.
• Duration: The appointment is for one year (possibility of extension for another year on the basis of performance).
