Recruitment process

ICON and PRA have come together as one. The combined company will retain the name ICON and will bring together 38,000 employees across 90 countries, creating the world’s most advanced healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization.

The combined company will leverage its enhanced operations to transform clinical trials and accelerate biopharma customers’ commercial success through the development of much-needed medicines and medical devices. The new ICON will have a renewed focus on leveraging data, applying technology, and accessing diverse patient populations to speed up drug development.

The minimum salary at Icon Plc depends on the role you are applying for. For Project Associate, the minimum salary is ₹3.4 Lakhs per year, for Tmf specialist the minimum salary is ₹3.5 Lakhs per year, and so on.

The highest-paying job at Icon Plc is a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator with a salary of ₹9 Lakhs per year. The top 10% of employees earn more than ₹16.84 lakhs per year. The top 1% earn more than a whopping ₹39.7 lakhs per year.

Social Contributions

ICON established an ESG Committee in 2019 to bring together all of our existing initiatives and efforts under one umbrella to ensure consistency, enhance monitoring, reveal areas for development, and facilitate reporting to the Board. The ESG Committee is focused on developing our strategy and initiatives relating to the environment, social matters, health and safety, community engagement, corporate governance, sustainability, and other public policy matters relevant to the company. The ESG Committee is chaired by ICON’s Chief Administrative Officer (“CAO”) who is responsible for reporting to the ICON executive leadership team and Board on ESG matters.
