Your role

As part of the role, your responsibilities include:

• To reduce operational risk, the service manager will work on standardizing, fostering, and improving ITIL processes that lead to operational risks, lead improvement and compliance initiatives to ensure ITIL processes (change, major incident, problem) are followed based on industry best practices and support the risk management office in introducing new ITIL processes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform process maturity assessments
• Analyze data to propose process improvements
• Perform process Quality checks
• Communicate the results of process quality checks
• Lead ITIL service management improvement and compliance initiatives following the Agile methodology
