Your role

Job Description Summary

As part of the CTO operations configuration management team, work on cloud infrastructure configuration data health to support vulnerability remediation and cost control.

General Description:

Support cloud operations team and configuration management team, in general, to ensure renewable business application infrastructure dependencies are well represented in their configuration management tools to improve vulnerability resolution and cost control.

Main tasks:

• Help relate identified vulnerabilities to patching schedule and right remediation owner identify tag audit failures and coordinate remediation with application owners and cloud operations
• Identify costs on retired business applications and coordinate related waste reduction with application owners and infrastructure operations
• Review and monitor alignment between actual cloud resource usage and application configuration in Service Now

Objectives:

Secure operations by increasing CMDB accuracy and reliability, contribute to eliminating waste from unused resources and put control of their vulnerability remediation backlog
