Your role

  • Ensuring their accounts comply with the requisite audit standards

Their Service Offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO and another public offering, Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support, etc. 

Standards & Methodologies: The team is responsible for managing data and risk by performing analytics which then helps clients in driving decisions and performance. The scope of work includes:

  • Data Management: Involves assessing the readiness of data for analytics and managing data to enable future analytics and reporting
  • Descriptive / Diagnostic Analytics: Involves mining past data to report, visualize and understand what has already happened – after the fact or in real time
  • Predictive Analytics: Leverages past data to understand the underlying relationship between data inputs and outputs to understand why something happened and to predict what will happen in the future
  • Emerging Technologies: use emerging technologies such as ML & AI, process mining, and custom automated techniques to address audit risks.
  • This is done using various tools like tableau, power BI, python, visual studio, MS SQL server, etc. through three key processes i.e. Audit analytic tools, Custom analytics, and Audit enablement & automation. 

Your key responsibilities:

Technical Excellence

  • Analysis of variances of all profit and loss account items and arriving at a logical conclusion for such variances.
  • Ensuring full compliance under statute & external statutory financial accounting requirements, record keeping & reporting the auditing functions.
  • Responsible for supporting Executives and Managers on research assignments and compliance-related work.
  • Evaluating internal control systems/procedures, and preparing audit reports to highlight the shortcomings and necessary recommendations.
  • Conducting tax audits to ensure proper disclosures have been made and various tax regulations have been complied with.
  • Assist in the preparation of Audit Programs. Involved in following up and gathering information from the clients.
  • Continually updated with the developments in Audit related areas and have responsibility for updating their teams.

  • Any of the following degrees - B. Com / B. SC Computer Science / B.Sc. Statistics / BCA / B.E /B.Tech
  • 0 - 1 year of post-qualification experience
