Your role

In this role, you’ll be reviewing, drafting, and editing operational legal contracts such as order forms, renewals, and amendments.

• You’ll be given the responsibility of proofreading a variety of contracts to ensure that the standards of our firm are met and that necessary business terms are accurately addressed.
• Furthermore, you’ll also be assisting in filing insurance forms and updating and maintaining the database of legal contracts in real-time, including following up on the status of pending contracts and uploading executed contracts to internal systems.
• Additionally, you’ll provide other operational support required by attorneys and staff in India and the United States from time to time, by comparing drafts via the use of redlines and analyzing changes in drafts.

About you
