Your role

• Handle Pre joining and onboard a candidate
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Conduct induction of new joiners and assist employees with the queries
• Maintain and update records of the employees
• Responsible for maintaining leave and attendance tracker
• Assist with employee documentation
• Coordinating with the finance team for any salary-related query
