Your role

Responsibilities:

  • Screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
  • Taking an Initial round of telephonic interviews.
  • Work on our HR Automation tool.
  • Shortlisting candidates and sharing the details with the Hiring Manager.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews as per the hiring manager and candidates' availability.
  • Post, update, and remove job ads from Job Portals like Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Sending offer or rejection letters or emails to the candidates.
  • Prepare HR-related reports on Google sheets.

  • Fluent written as well as oral communication skills.

  • Good laptop and telephonic communication skills.
