Vendor Analyst

What You'll Do

You will be part of a dedicated team of professionals at the CX Vendor Strategy & Management Office who have the overall responsibilities for running the entire lifecycle for Statement of Work for CX Centers teams. In this role, you will handle Cisco's relationship with vendors who supply contractor resources. Through strong procurement leadership, negotiation, communication and influencing skills, you will build trust and confidence with vendors, while fostering Cisco's business objectives. In this role, you will:

• Process new, renewal and CR SOWs, liaise with Internal customers to establish specifications and requirements
• Consistently and proactively seek to drive contingent worker efficiencies & cost savings
• Work closely with GPS & its ops to handle SOW audits, ensure compliance as per Cworker policy and other regional mandates
• Provide Actionable Insights on Vendor data to our stakeholders periodically
• Handle escalations related to contingent worker process within Vendor Management Office
• Maintain administration processes in compliance with Corporate Purchasing
• Support ad-hoc reporting requirements
• Keep abreast of market and industry trends and advise internal customers of opportunities

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with key internal customers and external vendors to understand contractor staffing needs and partner with stakeholders to ensure Cisco is getting the best value for its spend. You will also work with other teams within CX Vendor Strategy & Management Office to gain and report key metrics that help drive positive changes and continue to provide exceptional service to Cisco customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience in Procurement/Vendor management
• Good to have hands-on experience in procurement tools like Field Glass, Ariba etc
• Strong accounting background
• Dedicated, organized and detail-oriented

• Strong negotiation skills
