What you’ll do

The analyst is responsible for managing the relationship with the benefits broker & technology provider by oversight and active management in line with agreed SOWs/ SLAs. You will partner closely with local stakeholders and connect with the vendors to share feedback, raise issues, review issue logs. The analyst will manage new SOW submission and approval (ie: pricing negotiation, new work request etc) & manage POs. manage and maintain escalation model within Cisco internally as well as between Cisco and the vendors, driving continuous improvement planned priorities.

You will play a role in facilitating training and continuous enablement for the local teams to align to overall governance. You will also create and build awareness around the benefits roadmap

You will manage data insights for insured benefits and collaborate with Country Care and Total Rewards team during renewal time (ie, KPIs, dashboard, NPS management, case review). The benefits analyst will manage vendors quarterly business reviews (QBR).

You will collaborate closely with Benefits Specialists, Total Rewards Consultants and P&C Country Engagement Team.

  • You have experience in orchestrating work across a network of P&C stakeholders (working at scale and simplifying how the work gets delivered).
