The Barclays Technology team is looking to hire a Vendor Service Analyst who can ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards.

Your role
The role holder will work with the Vendor Service Manager to ensure,
The performance delivered by a portfolio of 3rd party vendors meets the required cost, risk and service parameters.
Will provide a range of high-quality analysis & support including rigorous interpretation of vendor service management information and supporting the delivery of service changes & continuous improvements.
Plays an integral part in managing the financial performance of the service including budget management and associated processes.
Will contribute towards the development of best-in-class service management capability.
Your responsibilities
As a member of the Vendor Performance Management team, you will be responsible for,
Service Management:
Accountable for vendor performance, quality of service delivered and the resolution of operational and service incidents.
Act as a key point of contact for internal clients (and external where applicable) regarding service/supply matters, supporting/managing the resolutions of issues/incidents.
Instigate the development & delivery of service improvement plans. Undertake root cause analysis of incidents, implementing remedial action
Build an understanding of the specific cost, risk & service parameters that underpin the service and use knowledge of the service/supply to identify/deliver improvements.
Undertake detailed analysis of service/supplier management information, ensuring this meets the requirements of clients and draw conclusions / make recommendations that deliver value for both organisations.
Financial Management:
Undertake budgetary/financial control and reconciliation activities as required to manage the vendor budgets
Risk Management:
Identification and remediation of risks in relation to the service and associated products.
