Responsible for maintaining and updating the marketing database for various activities and campaigns
Source and research contact details and relevant data from channels like online databases, google search, LinkedIn and othersÂ
Verify the accuracy of data, make necessary corrections and ensure compliance at every step
Work with product and business teams to conduct customer interviews to better understand how our products make a difference to our customers
Work closely with design teams to build well-packaged research reports
Draft and write periodic blog posts and make other contributions to our ongoing marketing campaigns
Creating dashboards and reports that help SDRs and the Sales Team to forecast, prioritize and make decisions.
Training all SDRs on the tools stack we use for lead tracking and ensuring adoption of these tools (thereby minimizing silos of data on excel or google sheets).Â
Creating templates for quotes, contracts, etc., and making them available for use based on inputs from various geographies.
Graduate in any stream
Should be well versed with MS Office    Â
Should have worked on data entry, database maintenance, and upkeep
Strong inclination towards attention to detail. So, obsession with perfection is encouraged Â
Well-spoken and eloquent
Ability to multi-task and type at Bolt’s speed
Maintain confidentiality in all matters    Â
