Your role

Your responsibilities as an Operations Intern are: 

• Manages user experience and queries
• Realtime user query resolution within defined TAT

About you

Skills required for this role are:

• Must have appeared in any Govt exams
• Candidates must be from Noida itself
• Good analytical skills to understand the Govt exams and users
• Command on MS Excel/Google Sheets/CRM
• Responsible attitude and keenness toward the Operations role
