Your role
The position will entail the following primary responsibilities:
Work with the Training vertical of the Fellowship Selection team and aid in designing, uploading, and managing training modules to Firki.
Prepare needs analyses and monitor training and re-training of ~100 trainees to accurately implement the Selection Model.
Responsibilities:
Create, upload, and organize learning content onto Firki - Teach For India’s learning management system.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and modify content as needed.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of content and metadata
Assist with other training and development tasks as needed.

The duration of the internship will be 1 month. Work days are usually from Monday to Friday with flexible work timings.

About you
Minimum qualifications & expectations:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in MS Office and other software tools.
Basic understanding of learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Laptop required
Time commitment: 6-7 hours daily, five days a week.
Volunteered with Teach For India in the past (preferred but not mandatory)
