Your role

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Submitting RFQ with vendors and updating Raw materials cost sheet.
• To track the purchase request (PR) in SAP/request for quotes for key raw materials and  Maintain a tracker for the quotes submitted with the operations team for proceeding with orders.
• Sourcing the right vendors globally for all raw materials, reagents, and consumables and choosing competitive vendors.
• Support of vendor safety audits and Annual Rate contract finalisation.
• Good negotiation with vendors for Pricing, Quality, INCOTERM, delivery turnaround time (TAT) etc.,
• Analysing spend data.
• Monthly MIS support.
• Finding opportunities for executing annual rate contracts.
• Coordination with the cross-function team for licensing requirements for restricted materials.
• Vendor Rating.
• Fulfil end-user requirements of emergency cases for quotes and delivery of materials on day to day basis.
• Regular updates to the end users.
