Your role

Financial Planning & Budgeting:

• Active support in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flows annually in coordination with Business Head, Country Head, and Country Finance
• Monitor linkage between budgets and operations while preparing to identify root causes of variance
• Support business & Other Support teams in the evaluation of opportunities and improvements by providing information/ data

Business Partnering:

• Support RFC, business  heads, country heads, and other function heads in the decision-making process
• Highlight variance concerning Budget on an ongoing basis to bridge the gap

Enhancing operational efficiency and Internal control:

• Coordinate with the country team in the implementation of SAP
• Monitor and report on implementation compliance of SOPs, DoAs, policies, and guidelines across countries

Compliance  & Control:

• Actively participate in the implementation of systems and processes to prevent compliance issues

Automation of Reporting Systems:

• Study various reporting requirements during preparation and support in automation of Reporting systems

Training, development & rotations

They run training programs for leadership development that enhance managerial capabilities and leadership acumen. In FY21, they conducted a customized course for 50 high-performing leaders in their India operations. Additionally, monthly webinars are organized for leaders globally under the VITAMIN series. Some other key programs are:

• McKinsey management program
• First Time Manager program that covers key topics, such as communication, presentation, and time management skills
• VITAMIN series focused on digital and analytics adoption in the pharma sector
• E-learning modules on managerial effectiveness

They also have numerous programs designed to upgrade the analytical, technical, and job function-specific skills of their employees.

Compensation & benefits

The annual salary for this role can range from INR 1.5 Lakhs to INR 2.5 Lakhs. (source: AmbitionBox)
