Your role

• Analysis of samples allotted for testing using analytical instruments like IR, HPLC, GC, SOR, and other instruments as per Standard test procedure and approved protocols also wet lab analysis.
• Calibration of laboratory instruments and standardization of working standards.
• Documentation of analytical data and calculation of results.
• Enter analytical results in SAP and generate the COA in SAP.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements and laboratory Procedures.
• Ensure integrity, accuracy, and adequacy of the analysis performed.
• Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions and reagents.

Training, development & rotations

They run training programs for leadership development that enhance managerial capabilities and leadership acumen. In FY21, they conducted a customized course for 50 high-performing leaders in their India operations. Additionally, monthly webinars are organized for leaders globally under the VITAMIN series. Some other key programs are:

• McKinsey management program
• First Time Manager program that covers key topics, such as communication, presentation, and time management skills
• VITAMIN series focused on digital and analytics adoption in the pharma sector
• E-learning modules on managerial effectiveness

Compensation & benefits
