Your role

As part of the role your responsibilities include:

• Good Communication Skills.
• An Energetic and soft-spoken professional with good listening ability.
• Attending incoming calls, and e-mails of customers and resolving or escalating Customer issues appropriately and correctly.
• Identifying issues that impact customers and working out on implementing solutions that help in a satisfied customer base.
• Manage workflow, and handle escalations, proactively.
• Participate in business meetings and help develop programs to improve the "support "processes for customers.
• Working Knowledge of any CRM tool or well-versed with the basics of computers.
• The Key responsibility will be providing a Happy Shopping Experience to all Customers of Shopclues.

Training & development 

ShopClues brings 6-10 business graduates from the leading MBA programs across the globe to join ShopClues on a full-time basis. These business graduates join ShopClues and start a four-month-long rotation program taking two assignments of two months each. Upon the completion of four months of rotations in the MAP program, these graduates choose a home at ShopClues in one of the two areas of their rotation.
