Your role

Shell Graduate Programme is a rigorous development framework of specific competencies, business-critical capabilities, and critical experiences that will enable you to become a competitive professional by the end of your 3-year program.

Right from the start, you will be given a challenging hands-on role, working in a diverse, global environment. You will be supervised and mentored with frequent reviews as part of a structured development program. You will also be learning alongside brilliant people from all over the world, with the resources and support to explore new ways of thinking and working – all in all, an unbeatable experience.

Shell knows that learning is key to developing yourself both personally and professionally. The graduate program encompasses a learning framework that includes internal and external courses, as well as on-the-job learning, designed to help you gain the skills you need to succeed.

Based on your interests and skills, match you to a suitable and exciting starting position. During the application process, you will be asked for your preferred area of interest. Please also include a motivation letter in your application.

Start dates for the Graduate Programme are February, May, August, and November 2023.

Your Learning Journey

Within your 2-3 year rotation in the program, you’ll be molded to be a future leader through on-the-job challenges, coaching and mentoring, and formal training.

Tailored Graduate Development

Your unique Graduate Development Plan is an agreed course of action with your manager to help track your progress and steer your learning.

End-of-program Assessment

At the end of your program, your performance and achievements will be reviewed and will determine your next steps for your career.

Salary & benefits

To be eligible for the Graduate Program

  • You must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized University and have less than three years of relevant work experience.
  • You will also need to be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
