Your role

As part of the role, your responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the traffic and other key metrics of YouTube channels through YouTube Studios.
• Document it and do data analysis to keep track of the channel’s performance.
• Creating and managing YouTube channels as per the set process. 
• Collaborate with teams to draw meaningful conclusions from the channel's data and identify potential opportunities for improvement.
• Keep a tab on the developments, timelines, and results concerning the YouTube Channels. 
• Build strategies to help achieve better reach and engagement on YouTube Channels.
• Facilitate User Acquisition (Subscribers and Views) Activities through paid promotions.
• Help troubleshoot any challenges/blockages that the channel's content creators may face.

About you

To apply for this role you need to have the following requirements:

Required skills:

• Should be a graduate or in their final/pre-final year.
• Experience in creating/managing YouTube Channels
• Understanding of SEO especially related to YouTube Channels
• Knowledge of content marketing, video advertising, social media, and Google Analytics
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
