About Mobile Premier League

Mobile Premier League (MPL) is India's largest eSports and mobile gaming platform that offers 60+ games for free download in categories such as fantasy sports, card games, arcade games, puzzle games, action games, and more. It is the most recognised gaming platform with over 9 crore users playing real money games and more on a single platform. MPL keeps your gaming experience fun by offering you a variety of tournaments and 1v1 battles around the clock.

The mission of MPL is to become a one-stop shop platform for gamers and game developers.

Your role

• MPL is building a central people repository called the "Talent Card" which will be an internal Linkedin for MPL.
• This talent card shall cover over 25 data points for all internal employees of MPL. 
• You will be at the forefront of building the data side of this Talent Card.
• You shall own all the data points of this talent card and need to gather this information from their internal HRMS, as well as interact with all the internal stakeholders as well as employees.
• You will also have to build various MISs and dashboards to track data completion
