Your role

Lenskart Foundation is looking for a graphic designer responsible for creating innovative and out-of-the-box designs that have a high visual impact on various online and offline mediums. Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style. Will ideate and develop content for social media, marketing materials, projects and presentations. To create new content on campaigns

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contribute to fresh and new concept designs for all the projects and initiatives.
• Experience in creating storyboards.
• Prioritise and manage multiple projects within design specifications

Training, development & rotations

The willingness to learn is an essential condition to be employed by Lenskart. First and foremost, training is done on the job. Guiding and coaching are part of the responsibility of each manager and are crucial to making each one progress in his/her position. Formal training programs are generally purpose-oriented and designed to improve relevant skills and competencies. Therefore they are proposed in the framework of individual development programs and not as a reward.

About You

The requirements for the role are as follows :

• 0-3 Years of Experience in Graphic Design and Content Writing
• Strong hands-on experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects.
• Good communication skills 
• Good Research skills.
• Hands-on experience in writing for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
