Your role

• Knowledge of Indian Contracts Act
• Knowledge of Arbitration and conciliation Act
• Knowledge in Limitations Acts
• Knowledge of Indian and International Arbitration
• Knowledge of various other relevant Act
• Knowledge of infrastructure project works preferred.
• Drafting and Vetting subcontracts, main contract amendments
• Should possess knowledge in prolongation cost claims
• Knowledge in Extension of Time application. 
• Must have knowledge in preparation of Delay and Disruption cost claims.
• Must have a good understanding of infrastructure project works.
• Good understanding of Contract conditions [FIDIC, NHPC, NPCIL, Bespoke type]

About you
