Your role

• Deferral tracking/reporting     
• Timely submission of Deferrral reports  -PDF pending are a critical risk to the bank and the PDF report is circulated to all the business and credit teams including the top management on monthly basis.
• This is further circulated with a synoptic summary for the top management information.
• Monthly Reporting of PDFs to Business / Credit / SeSo/ Other Stakeholders
• Monthly submission of Critical PDF Report to CC"
• Vendor payments  -Checking the correctness of bills and timely payments    
• Ensuring timely processing of Vendor Bills
• Legal Audit- Ensuring all cases due for Legal Audit are sent to Legal and completeness of the same is tracked.

Training & development

The bank provides several training programs in different sectors;

• The progress of learners was monitored automatically to determine gaps in performance and address them continually.
• The performance improvement program was organized to provide supervisor-level counselling for learners. 
• A periodic analysis was done to improve the rule sets and attain maximum business objectives.
