Your role

As part of the role, your responsibilities include the following:

• Help in analyzing, structuring, and solving select business problems.
• Collect operational and market data for financial analysis, identify trends and variances from the data, and present data-driven recommendations.
• Be responsible for owning weekly/monthly/quarterly revenue and margin reports.
• Conduct periodic budget vs actual variance analysis, and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
• Assist in building accurate deal models for large multi-million global deals with Telcos and OEMs.
• Set up regular review cadence for Swish Leadership Team.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to run strategic projects and resolve issues across P&L.
• Understand how account retention and growth plans are formulated, revenue and margin management are done, and learn the tricks of the trade of up-selling/cross-selling to increase the book of business (coordination with sales team).
• Make sense of the key internal and market trends and their implication for their business.
• Support in preparing business development collaterals.
• Assist with Content partnerships and business operations.

About you

Key requirements for the position include:

• Education: Cleared CA Inter or Graduate in Finance from an accredited college or university.
• Problem Solver: Proven ability to understand technical solutions, and analyze and solve issues with guidance.
• Avid Learner/Contributor: Quick learner, with a great ability to listen and communicate well verbally and in writing.
• Must be willing to work with global teams across time zones and plan work accordingly.

Good to have:

• Proficiency in standard business software, including Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting software like Power BI and Tableau required.
• Experience working with SQL, and Python is a plus; helps organize/analyze personally.
