Your role

As a Revenue Cycle Representative, your primary responsibilities include;

• Deliver Daily targets for payment posting transactions.
• Recording all payment posting production and transaction processing parameters and generating Monthly MIS statements for review
• Team interaction
• MIS report preparations
• Process Training – Individual / Group Sessions
• Process Documentation
• Training Evaluation
• Participate in internal audits under the guidance of the Manager
• Execute correction/ corrective/ preventive actions based on audit observations/ customer feedback
• Maintain records
