Your role

As part of the job, your role and responsibilities include:

IBM Extreme Blue Internship program is a specialized program designed to give entry-level hires the experience they need to become future leaders in the IBM India Systems Development labs.
In this cross-enterprise internship program, they recruit students from chosen engineering schools, to engage with the Senior technical leaders. Their goal is to help developers stay curious, boost their learning, and grow their careers so they can make a difference at IBM — and for the world.

Responsibilities:

• The intern will work independently on problems of limited scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Must exercise appropriate judgment within defined procedures/guidelines to determine solutions.

Training & development

IBM continuously invests in up-skilling and re-skilling their workforce. With the required 40 hours of learning a year, IBMers explore their interests with a wide range of learning tools and resources. Every IBMer has the opportunity to avail of external technical and non-technical certifications without any cap.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science with Strong programming skills in one or more Operating Systems fundamental, C, C++, Java, and Python, Exposure to AI and ML technologies is desirable.
