Management at Google Australia

Yes the management is great at Google and has really made the difference to my first job.

My managers always encourage me to challenge the status quo and put down my cool / creative ideas into something plausible e.g. a BRD.

Managers have been great at being aware of what I do, and have been able to identify areas for me to improve in order to work towards my promo (I haven't gone for it yet, but the support has been great so far) They do take into account how team members / reports feel, but it can be hard for them to identify it if no one says anything
