Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
I believe they are quite committed and supportive of diversity. This includes woman, ethnic minorities and LGBTIQA+ community. It is great to be part of a company which supports all backgrounds, cultures and beliefs.

Committed to diversity on basically all fronts: gender, cultural, sexual identity, etc. Focus throughout all processes such as recruitment, retention, promotion, etc. Naturally there are less women in technical roles but it is generally equivalent to national/university percentages - needs a bit more work but not just an Energy Queensland problem.

Power engineering is a male-dominated industry. As far as I know, EQL doesn't specifically target or recruit people from ethnic minorities and the LGBTIQA+ community or women. They strongly encourage them to apply though. Those in the office are accepting of people from all backgrounds.

I haven't really seen any issues here, however I am not in the position to really comment on this topic.
