It primarily invests in Indian equities, fixed-income securities, and derivatives to generate returns for its clients across various asset classes, including equity, fixed-income, and currency markets.

Your role

In this role, you will support one of the functions mentioned below:

Management Reporting:

• The Management Reporting group works closely with the office of the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), business unit (BU) heads, and portfolio managers and provides key performance metrics, reports, and analyses related to firm’s P&L, expenses, budget, capital, returns, fees, taxes, etc.

Investor Relations:

• The team works on producing various marketing and investor materials for consumption by investors, prospects, and senior management.
• The team also works on various Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other Adhoc requests/questionnaires received from time to time from current and prospective investors.
• The team manages and helps process a variety of transactions (subscriptions, withdrawals, etc.) at the investor level in accordance and compliance with various internal, regulatory, and jurisdictional considerations.

Compliance:

• The Compliance group is responsible for implementing and enforcing policies and procedures across multiple regulatory requirements, assisting front office trading desks by conducting thorough research on the firm’s positions and applicable regulations, performing regulatory filing obligations, and monitoring and implementing controls designed to ensure compliance with global regulations.

What you’ll do day-to-day

• Investor Relations:
  • You’ll liaise with various internal teams to gather data, understand the workflow, and establish control in the preparation process for the above.
  • Furthermore, you’ll be responsible for and be the primary point of contact to draft, review and edit such investor-focused documents.
  • You’ll maintain and update the investors and prospects database while generating reports in accordance with the requirements of various stakeholders.
  • Additionally, you’ll assist in projects related to database management and collation to facilitate cross-functional teams in filing and adhering to regulatory obligations.

About you

• The candidate should have a Master’s degree in finance along with zero to two years of experience.
• The candidate should have self-motivation, a results-oriented mindset, robust analytical and problem-solving skills, learning agility, attention to detail, work in a dynamic environment, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines
• Candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills along with exceptional interpersonal skills
