Your role

• Management Information System(MIS)
• Business Planning, Budgeting, Product
• Costing, Inventory Accounting, Cost & Profitability

About you

• Graduate plus inter CMA qualified and preparing for final exams.

Desired Skills:

• Effective communications skills and a good understanding of computer systems especially in MS Office and Financial Analytics Tool -Power BI.

The recruitment process at Caterpillar consists of five rounds of interviews that take place over 2-3 weeks. The first round is an online test followed by four rounds of face-to-face interviews. The final round consists of two interviews – one with senior management and another with the hiring manager.The process takes 6-8 weeks from start to finish but can also be shorter depending on how quickly you respond to questions and get back to recruiters after each round of interviews.
