Founded in Pune, India in 2016, we specialize in helping technology companies build massive engineering teams that become an extension of your in-house team. We have worked with 90+ happy customers spread across varied industries including enterprise SaaS, Real Estate, FinTech, Infrastructure & Security, and many others.

Our founding team members are serial entrepreneurs who previously founded Clogeny Technologies that later got acquired by one of the most respected cloud computing companies in India. It is their combined experience of 40+ years in the IT services industry and their leadership experience of handling teams of 300+ members, which has given us an edge over our competitors. We have a process set of a mature company and the agility of a start-up that allows us to be more adaptable and transparent to our customers.

Recruitment Process

There are a few steps you can expect when applying for an open position at Velotio.

Resume shortlist

It usually takes 3-4 days for our recruitment panel to review your resume. Make sure to highlight the skills and the technologies/tools that you have experience working on.

Coding assessment 

‍For a technical role, the programmer is expected to write code/ design solutions to solve specific problems during the interview. For junior positions, the engineers will have to take an online coding test (via InterviewMocha).

Technical interviews

There are usually about 2 rounds of technical interviews with some of our senior/ expert engineers, where we deep dive into your experience and technical abilities to check whether you’re the right fit for the role. This is where you talk about the projects you have worked on and the challenges you have faced in your previous roles.

Final discussion

The final discussion is always with one of our Founders where they talk about the teams and also our organizational strategic plans. This is where we learn more about your future careers plans and evaluate the culture fitment.
