About The Role

The HR Intern provides quality administrative support to the HR Program Team. This role would help you to learn Analytics, Team Work, and Project Management, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Maintain HR Compliance Knowledge which begins with developing a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources. Keeps abreast of Document retention requirements.
  2. Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects.
  3. Proactively manage all the coordination b/w HR Program Team and External/Internal Stakeholders.
  4. Prepare Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities 

  1. Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people
  2. Strong communication skills
  3. Problem-solving capabilities
  4. Excellent organisational and planning skills
  5. Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
  6. Detail-oriented Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail
  7. Knowledge on Photoshop or Blogging will be an added advantage.
