Your role

They’re looking for analytical rock stars, finance connoisseurs, and operations aces who are passionate about Uber.

• Analytics: Utilise data to understand partner behavior and areas for improvement in their communication, sign-up, and incentive programs
• Process Optimisation: Take big picture ideas and break them into measurable steps with multifaceted timelines for completion
• Product Improvement: Diligently search for bugs or new features that could improve a flawless partner and customer experience. Support developing & optimizing processes (prospecting, onboarding, account management, training, etc.) at scale, to demonstrate growth and drive efficiency
• Partner Relations & Support: Handle relationships with thousands of their partners/drivers, solve day-to-day issues, and simultaneously identify and take on potential problem areas and improvement opportunities.
• Get ahead: Take ownership of Uber's growth in their city and go above and beyond to get the job done.

Training, development & rotation

Uber Sales Academy is an enhanced onboarding and training program for people who are looking to make an intentional career shift into Sales. Cohort members participate in a 6-week classroom and hands-on training program and then join a territory team in their Uber Eats and Delivery business. Whether you’re just starting in your career or returning to the workforce, Sales Academy will provide all of the training, mentorship, and support you need to become a successful Account Representative.
