Pay is about average for entry level but definitely worth it given the opportunity this position provides compared to other programs.

Pay in this company is much better than my last and they have a plan for continued review and feed back which will lead to higher pay.

They are regularly reviewing pays & keeping up with inflation/industry & accounting for unconscious bias. It's a long review process but it's so no one is overlooked. There are also have been bonuses, including a refferal one

The pay seems fair for my role.
