Your role

• Handling all the calls and room bookings for the reservations in the hotel.
• Receive calls enquiring about room availability and rates.
• Interacts extensively with the guests and travel agents regarding reservations and cancellations
• To check on the reservation activity list/ monthly charts.
•  Ensuring that the right rates are applied in the system as per the contracted rates.
•  Filing the dockets, no-shows, and complimentary bookings.
