Your role

The technology intern will work with Teach For India’s Technology Team on supporting their current suite of software applications for one or more stakeholders of Teach For India.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to internal stakeholder teams in cleaning and maintaining large chunks of data on existing systems such as Salesforce.
• Understanding their current workflows on Salesforce and executing change requests and minor enhancements.
• Managing chatbot platform and user response workflows.
• Understanding & supporting their integrations between Salesforce, Moodle, WhatsApp Business, and other platforms.
• Testing the end of their application to end and supporting the team with documenting bugs, user guides, etc.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide support to users on the ground in using technology tools
• Collect feedback about user experience and actively participate in technical & design discussions

Salary & benefits

Work-life balance

Work days are usually from Monday to Friday with flexible work timings. This role is considered flexible and will be a mix of working from the office and home depending on your preferences and the arrangements determined by your future manager.

About you

To apply for this role, you need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria:

Skills:

• Skills in building a dynamic web application using a javascript library
• Skills in configuring/maintaining CRM platforms such as Salesforce/Zoho CRM
• Knowledge of PowerBI/Tableau

Qualification:

• Strong: Critical Thinking & Problem Solving, Data Orientation, Communication
• Moderate: Database Concepts, Whatsapp Business, HTML and CSS
• Current engineering student or graduate from a reputed institute
