Prepare drafts for internal and external communication, presentations & reports.
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
help drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and product management team
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed

Required Skill Sets
Specializes in Data Analysis, Business Insights, and Market Research
Able to understand, evaluate, interpret and visualize data
Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint
Should consistently deliver on time with high-quality and error-free reports and analysis to the team
Duties include all aspects of the day to day servicing, analytic support, client presentations
Develop proficiency in in-house tools
Anticipate issues/conflicts and proactively escalate to the immediate manager
