About the Job

The ideal candidate possesses a passion for writing and innovative ability to create successful marketing campaigns and aid in creating company growth. You will be responsible for generating exciting and compelling stories through digital channels and help us execute campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the organic growth strategy to drive developer's demand (D2C, Ecom, marketplace) on the auth product.
  • Helping manage organic content curation and content ops
  • Cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, marketing, and community.
  • Great execution and research background.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support design, execution, and analysis of in-product experiments to drive growth and demand.
  • Leverage deep understanding of auth products to help analyze the full funnel and provide recommendations on where we can improve or run experiments
  • Lead ideation and experimentation of different growth strategies for acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention and share your learnings with the wider org
  • Own, Set up processes and infrastructure to support organic growth initiatives - Blogs, Social media posting, and finding partnership opportunities
  • Building repeatable developer marketing playbook and systems that can be measured, constantly iterated, and scaled

Qualifications

  • Have some experience with growth marketing, product marketing, or strategic consulting.
  • Have an interest in product-led growth (if not, OpenView has great stuff on product-led growth, do read it)
  • Have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and be a go-getter with product instincts and technical curiosity.
  • Have exceptional written, communication, and speaking skills
  • Thrive in cross-functional environments and can effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and teams
  • Are incredibly organized and efficient—you take on complex projects and own them from start to finish
  • Have an impact-oriented and data-informed mindset and are driven to set measurable goals for every project you take on Approach all projects with a customer-first mentality
