Responsibilities
Create & maintain Tableau CRM dashboards for sales account executives and leadership teams.
Analyze data and identify the root cause of discrepancies reported.
Develop secured and scalable dashboards applied to global perspectives and support existing ones.
Provide demos to stakeholders & collects feedback.
Partner closely with Alliances & Channels, Sales, Strategy teams, and other cross-functional IT, EDW, & Operation teams.
Collaborate with the Business team to achieve standard metrics and Visual layouts for consistent reporting and alignment.
Manage and develop using an Agile methodology to efficiently and quickly deliver solutions to sales.
Required Skills/Experience
Minimum 2+ years experience in Tableau CRM development.
Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in a Salesforce or any CRM domain (or high tech equivalent).
Minimum 1+ years of experience with data engineering systems design and querying with SQL & ETL techniques.
Ability to optimize SAQL/SQL queries for dashboard performance.
A creative eye with User experience, aesthetics of layout, and color choice is a plus.
Experience turning business ideas into actionable designs. Present and persuade stakeholders and champion effective techniques through product development.
Experience to design & develop, and migrate dashboards with outstanding problem-solving skills.
Experience in designing scalable and reusable visualizations that work for Mobile/Tablet consumption.
Excellent written & spoken communication skills, and time management skills.
Experience in managing and supporting business users with dashboards.
Experience with Tableau Desktop and Server tools is a plus.
Work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or sales operations is a plus
